Vector vs Bitmap Formats
Vector artwork employs a series of 'points' to define a shape, akin to a graph in mathematics. This ensures that any vector shape, at any resolution, should always print sharply. On the other hand, bitmap artwork is composed of blocks (pixels) that represent a shape. Consequently, when you zoom in, you begin to perceive blocks of colors, and the artwork becomes less clear. Bitmap artwork is best suited for screen use, such as websites. While it can be utilized for printing purposes, it's not ideal and should be approached with caution.
