Printing Return Policy

At ZXC Print, we are committed to delivering high-quality printing services. If you're not satisfied with your order, please review the following return guidelines.

Return Eligibility:

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition.
- Custom-printed items are eligible for return only if they have printing defects that do not match the approved proof.
- We do not accept returns for design errors made by the customer or dissatisfaction with the design after approval.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Our team will review the request and may ask for photos to assess the issue.
3. If approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s).

Refund Process:

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or reprint within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a printing error on our part.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Customized items that meet the proof and order specifications.
- Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alterations.
- Orders returned after the 30-day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us immediately with details and images. We will expedite the replacement or refund process.
